Makati Finance Corporation (MFIN), formerly Makati Investment & Finance Corporation, was incorporated on February 17, 1966. MFIN's commercial operations started with engaging in stock dealership functions, credit line extensions, and acceptance of private placements. MFIN shifted its focus to the growth and expansion of its operations and lending activities.
MFIN has three main operating segments: Rx Cashline Group, which grants loans tailored to medical professionals; Motor Vehicles Financing Group, which grants loans to motorcycle and car buyers; and Business Loans Group, which provides loans to business owners who wish to expand their business or for the purpose of raising capital. In 2024, the Company discontinued its car loan financing program due to the competitive interest rates offered by local banks.
The Company has expanded its product lines to include corporate salary loans, personal loans, micro business loans, pension loans, car loans, and leisure bike financing. These loans are only offered domestically.
